Is it safe to receive a package from any area where COVID-19 has been reported?
Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.
Do you deliver products Internationally?
We successfully ship many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.
Will my order be shipped in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Where are my items coming from?
Although our fulfillment house is located in United States, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.
If for some unforeseen reason you do not receive you items with 60 days we will gladly issue out a refund or send out a replacement item at no cost to you.
